Today, I'm going to teach you an exercise with the RMT Club called Hockey Player with Sudden Deceleration. It's a side-to-side bounding movement that's great for agility and conditioning.

Here's what it looks like: I'm going to take the club about navel height, rotate out to about 45 degrees, I'm really coiled up through the core, and I bound to the other side. In the beginning, you can touch the back leg for balance. To really set the motion, you want to really shift your center of gravity from one side to the other. You're not just staying in place, you're actually traveling; great for agility.
