In this video, you'll see three exercises that can be sequenced into a limited space workout. You'll be using sudden deceleration with the RMT Club. These exercises are great if you're in a small area and don't have a padded surface to strike the club. With these exercises, you'll improve your functional strength training, and rotational movement training.
