I am a WeckMethod qualified coach specializing in Human Performance with over three decades of industry experience including competing as a collegiate wrestler and a professional power lifter on the national level. As a life long athlete and a natural motivator who discovered early on the gift for helping others improve their health and well-being through breath work and movement, I work as an educator today, consistently expanding my knowledge and expertise. My mission is making available and teaching the fundamental principles of human movement which are the tools for healthy living, longevity, and self empowerment.
