have been running my own business out of White Lake, MI for nearly 1 year. My personal practice has allowed me to understand the impact intentional movement & directed strength training can have to build a positive mindset & continue to find purpose with movement. I have been Coaching for 4.5 years and have worked with a variety of clients, ranging from disability to collegiate athletics.
